  1. have really enjoyed shopping here as I live nearby and have learned it’s a good idea to stop by on the way to Food Lion! However, I was recently disappointed when I bought a 17lb bag of Puppy Chow only to see the same size/type, etc. at Wal Mart for $1 less. :o ( I have a new puppy and had no idea what dog food costs…so I guess Buyer Beware. But all in all, great opportunity to save a little $ and very nice employees.

  2. We will always be happy to match any price that is lower than ours. Occasionally, stores like Walmart might be able to under price our store. However, we are working hard to minimize these scenarios.

  3. My children attend summer camp, where they have to pack a lunch and 2 snacks, and it can get expensive buying snacks and juices. For families who shops on a budget, Its a great place to buy snacks, and other food products for your family at a really low price. I love this store.

  4. I recently stopped into Kroger’s to pick up some OJ for my husband. I happened to walk past the cereal aisle and was shocked to see the prices on the cereal boxes. The prices at Common Cents Grocers was ofter more than 1/2 of the Kroger price. I then went to the organic section and found that CCG’s prices were 1/3 or 1/4 of the Kroger price. WOW!
As I walked thru the other sections of Kroger’s I made mental notes to check out prices and compare them to Common Cents. In each instance CCG’s prices were significantly lower. Check it out for yourself.

  5. Having lived in the SF Bay area for many years and shopping at the Grocery Outlet, I was delighted to find Common Cents Grocers here in the Chapel Hill/RDU area. Thanks for offering this service!
